We are hiring Beauty Advisors for an international beauty retailer with outlets across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with skincare, makeup, fragrance and beauty product enquiries.
• Recommend products based on customer preferences.
• Explain product features and demonstrate products where appropriate.
• Support store sales targets and promotional activities.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain product displays.
• Assist with cashiering, inventory and daily store operations.
• Deliver attentive and professional customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare or customer-facing sales is an advantage.
• Interest in beauty products and willingness to develop product knowledge.
• Comfortable recommending products and meeting sales targets.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Arrangements

• Location: Various shopping malls across Singapore
• Rotating retail shifts
• Basic salary: S$1,975 per month
• Additional allowances and benefits
