Job Title : Archi-Structure BIM Modeller

Location: Singapore

Experience: Fresh graduates with relevant software knowledge and experienced candidates can apply.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Archi-Structure BIM Modeller to develop and maintain 3D architectural and structural models, prepare construction drawings, and support coordination between different project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update 3D architectural and structural models using Revit.
• Prepare and revise plans, sections, elevations, detailed drawings, and schedules.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines and identify potential clashes or discrepancies.
• Update models and drawings based on design changes, feedback, and approved revisions.
• Ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely submission of models and drawings.
• Maintain organised project files and follow BIM standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to resolve modelling-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Revit is required; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to understand architectural and structural drawings and basic construction details.
• Good attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools will be an added advantage.
