The Company is looking for a Business Outsourcing Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead our accounting and payroll outsourcing team and support the growth of the services.

• Manage client portfolios and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
  
• Oversee accounting, management reporting and payroll services.
  
• Lead, coach and develop the team.
  
• Improve workflows through technology and automation.
  
• Build client relationships and support business development.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or equivalent.
  
• At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting or outsourcing practice.
  
• Experience managing teams and client portfolios.
  
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with Malaysian payroll requirements.
  
• Good communication, leadership and commercial skills.
