Job Responsibilities:

（1）Attract, source, and conduct in-depth screenings to assess potential candidates for level of interest, technical skills match, qualifications, and compensation expectations.

（2）Coordinate phone and on-site interviews from time to time.

（3）Identify passive talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies.

（4）Learn exceptional skills in negotiation and talent assessment.

（5）Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and/or long term opportunities.

（6）Develop a broad professional network of top technology talent.

（7）Stay current on market trends, competitors within our industry and innovative sourcing strategies.

（8）Manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

（9）Work closely and collaboratively within a team.

（10）Support ad-hoc tasks which assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

（1）Bachelor's Degree in Business studies/ Administration/ Management/ Human Resources or equivalent.

（2）Experienced candidates with a minimum of 1 year in Computer Science/ IT/ Software Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics recruiting exposure.

（3）A strong "people person" who is energized by building relationships.

（4）Self-motivated, passionate, and hungry to make a big impact.

（5）Competitive and unwilling to give up.

（6）Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

（7）Proactive by taking initiative and follow through is a must.

（8）Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
