Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Manage restaurant reservations and respond to guest enquiries via email.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations, Bar and Service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Communicate guest requests, feedback and preferences to the relevant service team and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, confident and professional in appearance.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service or F&B is an advantage.
