Native Arabic speaker with a bachelor’s degree or higher; proficient in English.
Excellent communication skills with strong empathy.
Prior experience in customer service or the gaming industry preferred.
Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Open to Malaysian citizens and applicants with valid working rights in Malaysia.
Candidates must be willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
岗位职责
Deliver customer service to players via live chat, email, tickets, and app‑store reviews to enhance user satisfaction.
Address player inquiries and complaints; escalate to headquarters when necessary.
Gather and summarize player feedback, conduct user research based on business needs.
Support localization tasks such as FAQs, emails, and scripts (English → Arabic).
