Proven kitchen cooking experience is required.
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or experienced Chef is an advantage.
Experience in a fine dining, Japanese or sushi restaurant is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsible, disciplined and team-oriented.
Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness and presentation.
岗位职责
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality.
Assist with menu preparation and kitchen coordination.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor kitchen stock and ensure ingredients are properly handled.
Support and guide kitchen team members when required.
