Minimum SPM qualification. Practical experience, execution ability and attitude matter more than academic qualifications.

Preferably 3-4 years of hands-on experience in event management, with webinar or online event experience being a strong advantage.

Experience leading a small team or coordinating event crews is preferred.

Highly organised, detail-oriented and naturally good at planning, scheduling and following through.

Resourceful, flexible and quick to solve problems, especially under pressure or during live events.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve KPIs.

Comfortable with a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Good communication skills in Mandarin and basic business English.

Curious about AI and new technology, with a willingness to practise and apply new tools.

Willing to support evening or weekend events when required, subject to company arrangements.

Lead and guide a team in planning, organising and executing webinars, seminars, workshops and corporate events.

Take full ownership of event preparation, coordination, execution and post-event follow-up to ensure high delivery standards.

Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to achieve event KPIs, including registrations, attendance and sales-related objectives.

Plan ahead, anticipate potential problems and respond quickly with practical solutions when unexpected situations arise.

Manage event schedules, checklists, manpower, venues, vendors, budgets and technical setup, especially webinar and livestreaming operations.

Conduct team briefings and post-event reviews, ensuring clear task assignments, accountability and continuous improvement.

Maintain a professional participant experience and consistent event delivery standards.

Explore and apply AI tools, automation and new ideas to improve efficiency, event quality and results.

To manage the company phone and marketing team lead flow, including handling and coordinating client-related matters.
