About the Role

Join our External Marketing team and help power our acquisition marketing operations. You'll coordinate with vendors, track and report on performance, manage processes and keep finding ways to run things better.

This is not a creative marketing role. We're looking for someone who executes well, reports clearly, solves problems and cares about continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Operations and monitoring

• Learn our end-to-end vendor operations, internal workflows, systems and data, and how teams depend on each other
• Monitor operational data to spot trends, anomalies, risks, bottlenecks and opportunities
• Keep clear visibility of priorities, dependencies and follow-ups

Problem solving and improvement

• Investigate operational issues, find root causes, assess impact and priority, and recommend practical solutions
• Design or improve processes, workflows, SOPs, scorecards and tracking methods
• Own improvement initiatives from identifying the problem through to implementation and measurable results

Execution and coordination

• Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver operational requirements and improvements
• Track actions and commitments, clear blockers within your authority and escalate material issues when needed
• Share clear updates, recommendations and next steps with the right people

Requirements

• Experience in operations, vendor or partner management, process improvement, acquisition marketing operations or a similar cross-functional environment
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to understand and improve operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and improvement initiatives independently
• Experience managing projects or improvements from planning through execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Operations or a related field preferred, but not required

Pay: Up to RM25,000.00 per month
