Location: Kuala Lumpur

Are you passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities? We are looking for a proactive and driven Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our HR Department and support the Group’s recruitment and talent attraction initiatives.

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Executive-level and below positions across the Group.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and talent databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Create and coordinate recruitment-related content for job portals, LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• Support initiatives to strengthen the Company's employer brand and talent attraction efforts.

University & Campus Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and other educational institutions.
• Coordinate career fairs, career talks, campus recruitment activities and networking events.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job portals and other recruitment vendors.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and hiring reports.
• Support Talent Acquisition and HR Department projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-6 years of end to end recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Familiar with JobStreet, LinkedIn and other digital recruitment platforms.
• Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment or organising career fairs will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Candidate must be willing to travel within the Klang Valley for work-related purposes, primarily to attend and coordinate interviews at different locations.
