Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the project team, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.

Maintain and update project documentation, records, and registers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Assist with project scheduling activities, including tracking key dates, deadlines, and deliverables.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

Support communication between project team members, consultants, and contractors as directed.

Assist in preparing reports, submissions, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure proper version control and filing of project drawings, documents, and correspondence.

Perform general administrative duties to support efficient project operations.

Requirements:
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

0–1 year of working experience (fresh graduates encouraged)

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Able to handle filing, documentation, and data entry

Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams

Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

Able to work in a fast-paced environment common in Singapore projects

Familiarity with construction or engineering terms is an added advantage (not required)
