Monitor construction progress and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.

Coordinate construction documentation, progress reports and project meeting follow-ups.

Inspect site works and subcontractor activities to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Support quality control, testing, commissioning and resolution of construction defects.

Verify project completion records and prepare handover and closure documentation.

Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

Ensure compliance with WSH policies and environmental sustainability requirements.

Identify construction risks and support corrective and preventive actions.

Assist in improving project delivery, time management, cost efficiency and construction quality.
