Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Specialised Construction Activities
Position Title: 3D Designer cum Drafter
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Create 3D visuals and layouts from design briefs.
Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings and joinery details.
Apply materials, graphics, textures, and lighting.
Prepare material specs and BOMs.
Coordinate with fabricators and AV/lighting vendors.
Revise drawings based on feedback and site needs.
Support site measurements, inspections, and setup.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or related field.
Design/drafting experience preferred; relevant portfolio accepted for entry-level candidates.
Proficient in 3D software and AutoCAD/Vectorworks.
Familiar with rendering and Adobe design tools.
Able to read drawings and understand basic spatial/construction concepts.
Good communication and time-management skills.
