Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist the Sales team with daily activities, customer requirements and order fulfilment.
• Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyse data and prepare KPI reports using Excel.
• Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, arrange samples, monitor payments and manage sales documentation.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, track progress, follow up on action items and work with different departments to ensure timely completion.

Role Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
