Mechanical Engineer
Salary: $3,500 – $6,500
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities


Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and equipment.
Support product development, including design, testing, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports.
Coordinate with project teams, engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements


Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Around 2 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor or industrial equipment industry.
Proficient in CAD software; knowledge of CAM, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is an advantage.
Able to read and prepare mechanical drawings.
Experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair is preferred.
Experience with semiconductor equipment or die bonder processes is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
