Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Manage social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.).

Plan, shoot, edit, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to the target audience.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep strategies updated.

Collaborate with the sales team, influencers, and/or third-party partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.

Handle customer inquiries or comments on social media channels promptly and professionally.

Manage digital advertising campaigns across all platforms, including third-party platforms, paid ads, and promotions.
