Job Summary
Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment while providing technical assistance and preparing detailed service reports to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist in installing, commissioning, maintaining, and testing electrical equipment
Prepare and compile detailed field service reports following servicing
Provide technical and engineering support by responding promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
Coordinate job arrangements and manage work schedules to optimize resource allocation and timely completion
Maintain and update product databases and related documentation
Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge through training and self-directed learning to improve job performance
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or higher
Basic knowledge of 3-phase electrical connections to support equipment installation and maintenance
Valid Class 3 driving licence for travel to job sites and customer locations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Other Information
Opportunities for overseas training and assignments to develop skills and experience
On-the-job and safety training will be provided to ensure compliance and safe work practices
