SPM / UEC / O-level or equivalent or above

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and suppliers.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage but not mandatory

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with accounting software (e.g. AutoCount) is an advantage but not mandatory

Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Able to work in 5.5 days / week

Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Process customer and supplier invoices, payments, receipts and related accounting entries.

Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments on finance-related matters.

Assist in handling daily accounting operations, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.

Perform other ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks as assigned
