任职资格
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications or related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, livestream operations, TikTok Shop, marketplace management, creator management or online retail is preferred.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or other marketplace seller centers.
- Basic understanding of product listing, campaign setup, livestream flow, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination and customer service flow.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and ability to read basic platform data such as traffic, engagement, CTR, conversion, orders and GMV.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks, timelines and operational follow-ups.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to liaise with sellers, creators, platform teams, internal teams and external partners.
- Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and willing to support during Mega / Big Campaign periods.
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to react quickly during operational issues.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Prefer mandarin speaking candidate only.
- Salary: RM4000 onwards.
岗位职责
Livestream Operations
Set up and test livestreaming equipment before each session (lighting, audio, internet, devices), ensure smooth live stream execution and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
Perform post-live equipment shutdown, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Pre-Live Preparation
Coordinate livestream schedules and product preparation.
Assist in content planning, product flow and script preparation.
In-Stream Execution
Manage product listing and vouchers during live sessions, monitor stock availability in real-time.
Support host with timely product switching and operational coordination.
On-site Livestream Support
Assist live host in creating an engaging live atmosphere.
Support product presentation, demonstrations and transitions.
Prompt key selling points and assist in maintaining live energy and pacing.
Post-Live Review & Performance Improvement
Compile livestream results including views, engagement, CTR, product clicks, orders, conversion rate and GMV contribution.
Identify best-performing products, selling points and live formats for future optimisation.
Sample Management
Coordinate collection, tracking and storage of product samples.
Maintain proper sample inventory and organisation system.
Contents Support
Assist in short video shooting and basic content execution.
Participate in simple on-camera or behind-the-scenes content tasks when required.
