What We Are Looking For 

Consultant 

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant accounting or finance experience are also welcome. 

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to detail. 

• Willingness to learn. 

Senior Consultant 

• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience. 

• Able to manage full-set accounts independently and prepare financial analyses and reports. 

• Able to review deliverables, coordinate assignments and guide junior team members. 

• Exposure to Pre-IPO, financial due diligence or advisory engagements is an advantage. 

For Both Levels 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline, or a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW or CIMA. 

• Good written and spoken English, with strong report-writing and communication skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

• Knowledge of AutoCount, SQL or Sage/UBS accounting software is an advantage. 

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

• A strong learning mindset and curiosity about developments in accounting. 

• Possession of own transport is preferred.

What You Can Expect 

Depending on your experience and assigned engagements, your responsibilities will include: 

Accounting & Financial Reporting 

• Maintain accounting records, general ledger entries and account reconciliations. 

• Prepare financial schedules, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations. 

• Support periodic financial closing and prepare financial reports and analyses. 

• Assist with cash flow monitoring, financial projections, forecasting and consolidation, where applicable. 

• Maintain proper documentation and support compliance with relevant accounting requirements and internal controls. 

Financial Advisory & Pre-IPO Engagements 

• Participate in Pre-IPO readiness assessments, financial due diligence, restructuring and business rationalisation exercises. 

• Conduct financial analysis, business modelling, and risk assessments. 

• Identify financial and operational improvement opportunities and contribute to recommendations. 

• Prepare engagement findings, reports, presentations and other client deliverables. 

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines. 

Client & Engagement Responsibilities 

• Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve accounting and documentation matters. 

• Collaborate with colleagues and other professional advisers to deliver client assignments. 

• At Senior Consultant level, independently manage full-set accounts, take greater ownership of engagements, review work deliverables and guide junior team members, as applicable.
