As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily outlet operations, lead and develop the team, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional service standards to deliver a memorable dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise, motivate, and guide team members to maintain high service standards.
Manage staff scheduling, rostering, and manpower planning.
Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to achieve outlet targets.
Oversee inventory, stock control, ordering, and cost management.
Train, coach, and develop team members to improve service quality and performance.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Support daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Previous supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and sales management.
Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
