Responsible for managing the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, staff attendance, performance management, and HR administration. Duties include handling hiring and onboarding, preparing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations, managing staff matters, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Candidates must possess relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with at least 3–5 years of relevant working experience. Must have good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, be independent, responsible, and able to handle confidential employee matters professionally.

Experience in the construction or electrical engineering industry will be an advantage.
