We have opportunities in Concierge Services and Attractions Operations, depending on your suitability and deployment.
What You’ll Do
Welcome visitors, attend to enquiries and provide directions.
Assist with guest services, including lost-and-found enquiries, promotional redemptions and tourist privileges.
Support ticketing, admission and daily attraction operations.
Manage queues and guide guests on safety requirements.
Respond to guests’ requests with friendly, professional service.
Responsibilities vary according to deployment.
Who We’re Looking For
Friendly, approachable and service-oriented.
Clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
Attentive to guests’ needs and safety.
Comfortable interacting with visitors of all ages.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
