岗位职责
Assistant/Store Manager – 7-Eleven Franchise Store (West Location)
Responsibilities
Lead team members to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operational compliance
Supervise daily work performance of team members to maintain productivity and quality standards
Manage customer feedback by analyzing issues and recommending actionable improvements
Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory management, and cash control to maintain store efficiency and accuracy
Develop and manage staff rosters and assign shift duties to ensure adequate coverage
Coordinate with departments to implement promotional activities and address store-related matters
Maintain high store standards including cleanliness, merchandising, and safety protocols
Adapt to and work effectively during rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Required competencies and certifications
Must meet the legal age requirement for selling tobacco products
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience in retail, convenience stores, supermarkets, or F&B environments, preferably with supervisory or store operations background

Work Schedule:
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced retail environment
Able to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays
