Job Summary

Drive product success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver, test, and support digital products that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews that inform product development
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives with product teams to ensure agile delivery
• Monitor and manage development progress to ensure timely product releases
• Conduct and support comprehensive system, user acceptance, and security testing before product launch
• Design and execute user education campaigns to increase product adoption post-release
• Provide ongoing product support by identifying, reporting, and collaborating on bug fixes with engineering teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience building digital products and delivering results with limited resources
• Proven end-to-end collaboration with product teams to develop and launch products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing
• Detail-oriented and persistent in following up to closure
• Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis are a plus
• Educational background in computer science or product management is advantageous
• Familiarity with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is beneficial
