Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineer in the daily planning, coordination, and execution of site activities.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and in-house workers to ensure smooth site operations.

• Work closely with the project team and site personnel to ensure that works are completed according to the project schedule.

• Ensure all construction and installation works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with the required quality standards and acceptable workmanship.

• Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate clear work instructions, safety requirements, and daily work targets to workers.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, scope of work, safety regulations, and site procedures.

• Identify and promptly report site issues, work delays, quality concerns, and safety hazards to the Project Manager or Project Engineer.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to resolve site issues and minimise disruption to the project schedule.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to workplace safety and health requirements at all times.

• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
  

  Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Candidates with relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines are preferred.

  • No prior working experience is required, as on-the-job training and guidance will be provided.

  • Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work well in a team.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced construction site environment.
