What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

• Be the Hero: Act as the first point of contact for clients facing technical software, network, or system hiccups via chat, email, and calls.
• Crack the Case: Diagnose issues through remote troubleshooting, asking the right questions, and guiding users step-by-step with zero confusing jargon.
• Collaborate & Escalate: Work closely with our tech and product teams to escalate complex bugs and turn recurring customer feedback into real software improvements.
• Build the Knowledge Base: Document practical fixes, quick tips, and FAQs to help teammates and clients find answers faster.
• Stay Ahead: Learn our latest software releases and tools inside-out so you’re always one step ahead.

Who You Are

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome!).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, IT Helpdesk, or Technical Support.
• Communicator: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a great bonus).
• Tech-Minded: Comfortable with Windows/MS Office, Gmail, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Bonus Points If You Have:
• Prior experience in outbound support or telesales.
• Exposure to the supply chain, logistics, or retail tech industry.
