The Job

• Develop and manage customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the PCB industry.
• Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements and recommend appropriate PCB solutions.
• Provide technical consultation on PCB technologies, particularly multilayer boards and High-Density Interconnect (HDI).
• Interpret Gerber files and communicate design specifications and manufacturing requirements to internal technical and production teams.
• Work closely with customers' engineering teams to address technical queries and ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to secure new business.
• Monitor customer projects and order progress, ensuring effective coordination and timely follow-up.

The Talent

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience specifically within the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of PCB construction and manufacturing processes, particularly multilayer boards and High-Density Interconnect (HDI) technologies.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand Gerber files.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and secure business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers' engineering teams and communicate technical requirements effectively to internal production teams.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a customer-facing sales environment.
