Key Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor contracts and ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
• Review contract terms and validate contractual and commercial information.
• Perform simple financial modelling and contract-value analysis to support negotiations.
• Understand and assess the financial impact of contractual terms, pricing, and proposed changes.
• Follow up closely with stakeholders for contract reviews, approvals, and sign-offs.
• Process and maintain contract documentation accurately in the applicable system.
• Track contracts through the approval and execution process.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in contract management, contract administration, procurement, sourcing, or commercial operations.
• Good understanding of contractual terms and commercial concepts.
• Ability to perform basic financial analysis and contract-value validation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Banking or financial services experience would be an advantage.
