Job Title: Cybersecurity Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and oversee cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, and compliance across the organisation. The role involves managing security programmes, incident response, vulnerability management, security assessments, and ensuring the organisation maintains a strong cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity operations, governance, risk and compliance initiatives.
• Manage security incidents, investigations, response and recovery activities.
• Oversee vulnerability management, asset security, third-party risk and security monitoring.
• Conduct security risk assessments, audits, compliance reviews and security testing.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and drive remediation activities.
• Prepare security dashboards, metrics, scorecards and management reports.
• Provide security guidance for IT projects, cloud environments and technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, auditors and external agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk, governance or security operations.
• Experience managing cybersecurity programmes, projects or teams.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, incident response, vulnerability management and cloud security.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are preferred.
