Job Summary

You will manage storekeeping tasks including receiving, inventory control, packing, and material handling to maintain efficient warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock records.

Responsibilities

• Handle storekeeping tasks including receiving and put-away of materials to maintain organized inventory
• Maintain accurate stockroom inventory records through regular updates and audits
• Perform packing, unpacking, picking, material handling, auditing, and stock transfers to support warehouse workflow
• Execute inventory system transactions to ensure data accuracy and stock traceability
• Handle crating and uncrating of wooden boxes safely and efficiently
• Conduct general warehouse duties and maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and 6S requirements to promote workplace safety and organization
• Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• ITE / Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent education
• Preferably 2 years of relevant logistics or warehouse experience to perform core duties effectively
• Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office and database systems for inventory management
• Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members
• Forklift licence or reach truck operating experience is an advantage but not essential
