• SPM or Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any fields

• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and Mandarin

• With Sales experience is preferable

• Sales -Driven, Patient & Agreesive personality

• Strong capability of transitioning support calls to solutioning sales opportunities

• Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport

• Coachable, learner mindset, ability to take feedback and proactively apply it to improve results

• Self-driven to achieve targets and deliver superior service

This role requires meeting customers in-person at the bank and promoting banking products to the customer (Training & Leads provided)

• Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales

• Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales

• Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers

• Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up selling activities

• Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
