About us
Libiao Robotics invented the world's first modular parcel-sorting robot system. Today 60,000+ of our robots run in 30+ countries for customers including Walmart, Target, Nordstrom, USPS, JD and Skechers. Our Singapore office, opened in May 2025, is the company's Overseas HQ for Asia-Pacific.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain software for our sorting and tote-handling systems — dispatch, scheduling and warehouse control (WCS) — primarily in Java
- Produce layout and solution drawings (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Visio or similar) for customer proposals and site designs
- Support pre-sales: gather customer requirements, design solutions, prepare technical proposals and respond to RFQ/RFP
- Run product demos, POCs and simulations together with the regional sales team
- Integrate our systems with customers' WMS/ERP, PLCs, conveyors and scanners
- Support deployment, commissioning and troubleshooting at sites across APAC
Who we're looking for
One of these two:
- Fresh graduate (2024–2026) in CS, Software Engineering, EE, Mechatronics, Robotics or Automation — Java fundamentals, able to produce clear drawings/diagrams, and genuine interest in robotics / warehouse automation
- Experienced engineer (2–6 years) in smart warehousing — WCS/WMS, AGV/AMR/ASRS, sorter or PLC integration, ideally with pre-sales or solution design exposure
Requirements
- Java — must have (backend development; Spring or similar)
- Drawing / design skills — must have: able to produce layout drawings and solution diagrams (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Visio or equivalent)
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (no work-pass sponsorship for this role)
- Fluent English; Mandarin a plus
- Comfortable with Linux, Git and SQL
- Willing to travel within APAC and go on-site during deployments
Nice to have
- Warehouse / intralogistics domain knowledge, RFQ-RFP experience, customer-facing presentation skills
- Simulation tools (FlexSim, digital twin) or 3D layout rendering
