Brief Summary

• Drive growth and continuous improvement by leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling new services from concept to execution.
• This role blends planning, delivery oversight, and stakeholder management to help teams hit measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track day-to-day progress across multiple delivery teams and workstreams.
• Build and refine execution workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency of delivery.
• Set up practical mechanisms for service quality assurance and delivery schedule management.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple internal teams; align scope, timelines, and responsibilities including stakeholders from Japan.
• Define KPIs for new initiatives, monitor performance, and drive follow-through to achieve targets.
• Plan, launch, and scale new services and business initiatives, including new B2B offerings.
• Manage external stakeholder engagement, including commercial coordination and vendor discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Business level of Japanese to communicate with japanese speaking partaers
• Proven experience launching and growing new services, business lines, or products.
• Demonstrated ability to set goals independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
• Strong project coordination skills, including KPI management, timeline control, and cross-team alignment.
• Experience improving operational workflows and delivery processes (e.g., SOPs, governance, QA, reporting).
• Experience working with external partners/vendors on negotiations and service delivery coordination.
• Exposure to digital content, platforms, or related environments is an advantage.
• Accounting and/or back-office operations experience is an advantage.
