Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team, to:

Provide customer with certified true copy of acknowledged invoice/delivery order upon request

Follow up with salesman/customer for completed Account Opening + Credit Application Form

Prepare/submit orders and applications required for customer management (e.g., Hamper/flower stand ordering, vehicle pass application)

Provide customer with required certification documents

Handle calls and process order for the customers

Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills and able to work under pressure

Team player with good attitude

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

Work week:
6-day (including public holidays)

Work hours:
8am to 5pm (company transport provided to Admiralty MRT at 5pm); or

9am to 6pm (company transport provided from Admiralty MRT at 8am); or

1pm to 10pm (company transport not available)
