We're Hiring: Avaloq Business Analyst!

We are seeking a skilled Avaloq Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in banking processes and the Avaloq platform, ensuring seamless system integration and business solutions. Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Avaloq Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agile delivery models.
• Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations

Experience and Domain Knowledge:
5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
Strong domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking .
Technical Skills
Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments .
Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Capability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments

Requirements are that all candidates must have both:
1) Banking / Wealth Management business experience.
2) Avaloq functional and/or technical experience
