Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.

Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in sales, financial services, and client relationship management.

Previous sales or Takaful experience is an advantage.

Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, as training and mentorship will be provided.

Identify, build, and manage a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

Assess clients' financial situations, long-term goals, and protection needs to recommend suitable solutions.

Present tailored Shariah-compliant financial and family protection solutions based on each client's needs.

Manage the sales process, assist with certificate applications, and maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients.

Support existing clients by helping them understand, review, update, or maintain their active policies through regular follow-ups.
