  • Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

  • Able to multitask and manage time well

  • Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

岗位职责

  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media & email

  • Provide friendly, clear, and professional customer support

  • Assist in sales and follow up with customers

  • Create simple graphic designs for social media, marketing & printing

  • Edit existing designs and prepare artwork for production

  • Coordinate with internal team to meet customer requirements

  • Can deal and understand the needs of client
