职位描述

任职资格

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable with data entry and handling administrative documents.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible when handling documents and payments.

岗位职责

  • Key in customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare proforma invoices, invoices, delivery orders, and sales sheets accordingly.
  • Update and monitor customer payments in the system.
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Provide customer service support and assist with customer enquiries when required.
  • Ensure sales and customer records are properly updated and maintained.
