Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
: Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Marketing Campaigns
: Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.
Customer Engagement
: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
Market Research
: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities.
Team Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing objectives.
Requirements
Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or dairy products.
Skills
: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Mindset
: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
VALID CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE WITH CLEAN RECORDS
