Lumina TCM 汇光中医 is a new TCM oncology clinic at Novena Medical Center, near Novena MRT. We are opening in February2027 and are hiring our first clinic team member.

Your Key Role & Responsibilities

•     Manage appointments, registration and payments

•     Dispense TCM proprietary medicine accurately

•     Assist the physician in the consultation and treatment rooms

•     Key in stocks and patient records in the clinic system

•     Help set up the clinic before the opening

•     Any other duties as assigned

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

•     Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm (1-hour lunch)

•     Sat: 9am to 1pm

•     Closed on Sundays and public holidays

Requirements

•     Warm, patient and respectful

•     Detail-oriented, computer-literate, basic English and Mandarin

•     TCM clinic, pharmacy or front-desk experience is an advantage but training provided

•     Able to start in mid-January 2027
