Roles & Responsibilities

Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner

Orders materials and equipment and take care of the necessary permits

Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.

Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.

Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.

Accomplishes construction project results by dening project purpose and scope.

Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.

Prevents nes and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.

Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures

Requirements

Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS).

Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.

Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.

Manage issues on site and resolve them.

Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work.
