Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance Appian applications to support business process automation and enterprise requirements.
Provide application support and production support by investigating technical issues, troubleshooting defects, and implementing effective bug fixes.
Plan and execute application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, collaborating with team members to deliver application enhancements and project requirements.
Develop, maintain, and optimise Oracle database components, including SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and database functions.
Perform application testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure solution quality and reliability.
Monitor application performance, maintain system stability, and support ongoing application administration.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical designs, process models, and application workflows.
Integrate Appian applications with external systems and services to facilitate secure data exchange.
Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
15+ years of relevant experience in software development, application architecture, or enterprise application support.
Strong hands-on experience in Appian application development and workflow design.
Experience in application support and production support, including troubleshooting and defect resolution.
Strong experience in application deployment, release management, and maintenance across multiple environments.
Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in software development lifecycle activities.
Strong experience in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL, including stored procedures and database functions.
Hands on experience in unit testing, integration testing, application monitoring, and administration.
Experience in application integration, web services, and external system connectivity.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
