IT Job Scope – People’s Smart Mattress (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

• Set up and maintain computers, printers, company email and software.
• Install and support Wi-Fi, internet connections and office/showroom networks.
• Set up and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems at retail outlets.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, antivirus protection and data backups.
• Provide daily technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Support website and e-commerce system maintenance with external vendors.
• Assist with smart mattress app connectivity and technical enquiries, working with the product team.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software licences and subscriptions.
• Coordinate IT setup for new offices, showrooms and retail outlets.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
