About the Job

The Head – Operations, Employee Benefits leads the operational teams in Group Insurance Department comprising of Policy Setup, Billing/Movement, Operations Support (Customer Service, System Support, Partnership Management) and the Voluntary/Endowment teams. The incumbent’s main role is to ensure service levels are met and client satisfaction assured.

• To maintain and improve SLAs and TATs for the policy setup, billing, and operations support teams.
• To oversee the administration of the Voluntary and Endowment schemes with the respective team.
• To recommend and lead the end-To-end transformation program, with the support of SMT team and other business stakeholders, to improve internal process efficiency, to optimize business outcome and increase profitability.
• To monitor and review the transformation performance to ensure the implementation benefit is realized timely.
• To transform the working cultures/processes towards digitalization, robotic processes automation, improved system automation to achieve SLAs, TATs, TWNS, NBEV and Persistency Ratios.

We are looking for people with

• Degree in Business or any related qualifications.
• 10 years of related work experience preferably financial industry.
• Strong operational, negotiation, planning and leadership skills.
• Above average presentation and working skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Knowledge in common working systems; G400, LA, and MBS.
• Knowledgeable in EB products and industry practices.
