Key Responsibilities：

1. End-to-End Management of AI Livestream Projects for KA Clients

As the primary point of contact for select brand projects, collaborate with the technical and mid-stage operation teams to customize AI livestream solutions for brands (including virtual human streaming, intelligent scripts, real-time data analytics modules, etc.).

Design SOPs based on client requirements, manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk contingency plans to ensure 100% delivery quality.

2. Data-Driven Strategy Optimization

Monitor livestream performance metrics (watch time, engagement rate, conversion paths), establish ROI analysis models, and deliver weekly/monthly granular optimization reports.

Develop localized operation strategies tailored to overseas market characteristics (e.g., traffic rules on TikTok/Shopee/Lazada/Facebook/Instagram livestreams).

3. Client Relationship & Business Development

Communicate with client executives in full English (including solution proposals, data reviews, crisis communication) to build brand trust.

Identify upsell opportunities and support repeat purchase rate improvement.

Requirements:

1. Fluent English (able to lead meetings in English and write business documents); overseas study background preferred.
2. Proficient in livestream data analysis tools and basic AI tools (e.g., OBS, auto-editing software).
3. Deep understanding of overseas e-commerce ecosystems (differentiated strategies for Western/Southeast Asian markets, user payment behaviors).
4. Strong resilience under pressure; able to manage 3+ projects simultaneously while meeting key KPIs.
5. Technical communication skills: able to quickly understand AI livestream technology logic and translate it into client value.

Nice to Have:

1. Proven track record serving KA brands in beauty/3C/FMCG industries.
2. Familiarity with overseas AI livestream platforms (e.g., Patreon AI, Twitch virtual anchor toolchains).
3. Basic Python/SQL data cleaning capabilities.
