Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, GST submissions, payroll, and compliance with MOM surveys. Collaborate with reporting heads and external auditors to ensure accurate financial processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate financial records
• Collaborate with reporting heads to implement and maintain accounting and financial procedures, systems, and reports
• Support preparation and submission of financial, management, and office reports to external auditors for audit compliance
• Code vendor invoices, process invoice approvals, and prepare payments to maintain timely vendor settlements
• Perform GST submissions accurately for tax filing compliance
• Prepare monthly salary and CPF submissions to ensure payroll compliance
• Manage submissions related to MOM surveys for accounting compliance
• Execute ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned to support business operations
• Independently manage multiple accounting tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a construction background
• Knowledge of preparing project-related costing to support financial analysis
• Familiarity with Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting to track project costs
• Proficiency in using accounting and payroll software to streamline financial processes
