Job Summary

As a Restaurant Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food according to SOP, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in daily operations. You play a key role in ensuring every guest has a great MyPizzaLab experience.

Key Responsibilities

1️. Customer Service

Greet and serve cust Take omers with a friendly, positive attitude

and process orders accurately (dine-in, takeaway, delivery platforms)

Handle payments and operate POS system

Resolve basic customer inquiries professionally

2️. Food Preparation & Kitchen Support

Prepare ingredients and toppings according to SOP

Assist in pizza assembly and plating

Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards

3️. Cleanliness & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstation

Follow opening and closing procedures

Ensure proper storage of ingredients (FIFO practice)

4️. Teamwork & Operations

Work closely with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service flow

Support team during peak hours

Follow company SOP and supervisor instructions

Requirements

No experience required (training provided)

Experience in F&B is an advantage

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Able to work weekends and public holidays

Good communication skills (English / BM; Mandarin is a plus)

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
