Job Description:

• Conduct inspections of branch operational procedures based on the prescribed checklist within the required timeframe and escalate the findings/report to Management.
• Ensure branches practice and comply with the standard SOPs outlined in the Branch SOP, and maintain the expected level of adherence in areas relating to operations, AML/CFT compliance and customer service.
• Ensure branches maintain proper security measures, including functioning alarm and CCTV systems, proper key management and proper ID distribution.
• Follow up on audit findings raised by the Internal Audit Department for rectification and provide clear and coherent responses to auditors’ queries.
• Compile, prepare and enhance all training materials and workflows related to SMJ products and services.
• Ensure the smooth daily operation of branches throughout operating hours, including proper staff arrangements.
• Support the growth of branch sales through appropriate marketing strategies, including market surveys, identifying potential market opportunities, monitoring competitor trends and conducting marketing activities with branch staff.
• Ensure newly recruited staff receive standard training in accordance with the Company’s SOPs and other relevant training materials.
• Conduct assessments for newly recruited staff for confirmation and for senior staff for promotion, where required.
• Maintain a high level of readiness and responsiveness when instructed to carry out ad-hoc projects or any other related duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM3,500
