This opportunity is suited to an experienced property development leader who has successfully delivered large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use or integrated developments and is ready for broader portfolio ownership and strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development projects from feasibility through completion
• Drive project performance across cost, quality, timelines and commercial objectives
• Partner with senior leadership on development strategy and investment decisions
• Oversee Project Heads, consultants, contractors and regulatory stakeholders
• Ensure effective governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across the portfolio

Ideal Background

• 20+ years within property development, construction or related sectors
• Proven leadership of large-scale developments
• Strong commercial, financial and feasibility experience
• Deep understanding of the Malaysian property development landscape
• Track record managing senior stakeholders, authorities and multidisciplinary teams
